Architect Francisco García (UCE, Dominican Republic) begins his professional career with ING_SA, focusing on design and construction management.
- 2021 – Expansion
INGSA Drafting & Design is founded in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, strengthening technical capabilities in modeling and documentation.
- 2025 - Present – Total Integration
We evolved in Florida with INGSA Group, LLC, integrating professional drafting, certified immigration forms management, and strategic tax services. Under a comprehensive solutions model, we bridge administrative precision with technical execution to drive your projects and personal goals forward.

Architect Francisco García — Founder
Francisco García is an architect graduated from Universidad Central del Este (UCE) in 1992. With over three decades of professional experience, he has led multidisciplinary teams in the development of architectural and construction projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and institutional, both in the Dominican Republic and abroad. His approach combines a comprehensive architectural vision with efficient construction execution, prioritizing quality, functionality, and sustainability in every project. Throughout his career, he has successfully integrated technical innovation with strategic management, offering solutions that optimize resources and guarantee solid results.
